I.Introduction

DSH promoted DSHG-960 Handheld XRF Spectrometer in 2012, which can supply faster detection speed and better detection effect. The advanced SDD technology improves the total test sensitivity and time in light metal field. Now its probe precision is 3 times more exact than common small electronic SDD. Now our DSHG-960 Handheld XRF Spectrometer is widely used in ore grade and element content analysis, such as iron, chromium, manganese, non-ferrous metals, heavy metals, light metals, noble metals, rare metals, slag, rock, soil, slurry and tails etc.
